Weatherman Time, Inc has always been a pleasant experience when I travel; however, my latest flight resulted in damaged luggage and I trust you will resolve this matter for me (copies of boarding passess and luggaage receipts enclosed).

I realize that Weatherman Time, Inc handles millions of bags and some harm is always likely; however, this problem is more than a few scrapes. I am not satisfied with Weatherman Time, Inc's offer to repair my luggage and I expect a new replacement. I have enclosed Brand of luggage's replacement cost for the damaged luggage. The cost is $1,000.00, and I anticipate this replacement within the next two weeks.
