I have attempted to resolve this difficulty, but to no avail. Stephen Cochran continues to be uncooperative and unwilling to resolve my complaint. I trust you will immediate investigate this outrageous matter.

I regret that I did not procure the names of other personnel with whom I spoke regarding the incident.

I simply cannot believe that you have knowledge of or condone such practices within your company. Therefore, I am certain that you wish to immediately and thoroughly investigate the matter. I expect a full refund (copies of receits/invoices enclosed) and the letter of explanation as to why the incident occured.
